Cluster Help

If you are having difficulties accessing or executing programs on the cluster, please follow the steps below:


  1. Check the Cluster News for any scheduled outages, or current issues.

  2. Review the New User Info Page for login instructions, and how to start a process.

  3. Check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to see if the problem has occurred before.

  4. If none of the above resources help, submit a help ticket by emailing biohelp@ittc.ku.edu.

  5. If you have a login, follow-up on your request through the Request Tracking (RT) System.
