Cluster Help
If you are having difficulties accessing or executing programs on the cluster, please follow the steps below:
- Check the Cluster News for any scheduled outages, or current issues.
- Review the New User Info Page for login instructions, and how to start a process.
- Check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to see if the problem has occurred before.
- If none of the above resources help, submit a help ticket by emailing biohelp@ittc.ku.edu.
- If you have a login, follow-up on your request through the Request Tracking (RT) System.
